CHRISTMAS VIRTUAL CHOIR
We invite you to be a part of our Christmas Virtual Choir singing, “Joy to the World.” All are welcome to participate regardless of age or perceived musical abilities!
What a year 2020 has been. I have truly missed the joy and community that choirs bring to the liturgy at Ascension. In an effort to bring some joy and singing into the homes of our Parish Community this season, I am putting together an inspirational Christmas video featuring the voices of Ascension. I chose a song that is familiar and wouldn’t require a lot of practice and for those who watch it can sing a long to as well. I realize many have still remained busy during this time, but I ask you to consider taking the brief amount of time to contribute to the project. Our Easter video of “Mighty to Save” was so well received, I am confident that this project will help bring joy and hope to many. ~ Holly Smith, Director of Worship & Music

ADVENT RECONCILIATION
Advent is a wonderful time for us each to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Since there will not be an organized School Advent Reconciliation this year, I wanted to share with you and your child the many opportunities we have scheduled to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation during Advent.

Student’s who are absent should be phoned in or emailed to Ms. Thomas by 8:30am. There is a 24 hour message system for you to phone in absences, 451-2535 ext. 22.
Also, it is very important that your child/ren arrive at school on time daily! Students should be in their class and chair by 7:55am. If your child is late, you must come in to sign them in. Thank you!
