Spiritual Act of Communion

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.

Act of Hope
O my God, relying on your almighty power, infinite mercy, and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of your grace, and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

A Prayer to the Holy Spirit (by Cardinal Mercier)
O Holy Spirit, beloved of my soul, I adore You. Enlighten me, guide me, strengthen me, console me. Tell me what I should do; give me Your orders. I promise to submit myself to all that You desire of me and to accept all that You permit to happen to me. Let me only know Your Will.

Chastity Prayer
Lord Jesus, I consecrate my sexuality to you; cleanse my mind, my memory, my imagination, and my dreams of all erotic content. Grant me the gift of chastity, to bring my sexual drive into subjection of your Holy Spirit dwelling within me. If there be any dividedness in my heart in this regard, please make my heart pure and simple. Guard my weakness by your Holy Cross, through the interession of your Mother Mary, my guardian angel, and the communion of saints. Amen.

Daily Prayer to Mary
My Queen and my Mother, I give myself entirely to you;
and to show my devotion to you,
consecrate to you this day my eyes, my ears, my mouth, my heart,
my whole being without reserve.
Wherefore, good Mother, as I am your own,
keep me, guard me, as your property and possession.

Prayer to St. Joseph
O my beloved St. Joseph, adopt me as thy child, take care of my salvation, watch over me day and night, preserve me from the occasion of sin, obtain for me purity of soul and body! Through thy intercession with Jesus grant me a spirit of sacrifice, humility, and self-denial, a burning love for Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, and a sweet, tender love for Mary my Mother. St. Joseph, be with me living, be with me dying, and obtain for me a favorable judgment from Jesus my merciful Savior. Amen.

Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
O most holy heart of Jesus, fountain of every blessing, I adore you, I love you, and with lively sorrow for my sins I offer you this poor heart of mine. Make me humble, patient, pure and wholly obedient to your will. Grant, Good Jesus, that I may live in you and for you. Protect me in the midst of danger. Comfort me in my afflictions. Give me health of body, assistance in my temporal needs, your blessing on all that I do, and the grace of a holy death. Within Thy Heart I place my every care. In every need let me come the Thee with humble trust, saying, Heart of Jesus, help me. Amen.
